In a transformative move, Shimada House, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, led by CEO Kazunari Shimada, is transferring its hotel and restaurant divisions to Shimada Hotel Partners, effective June 1, 2026. This strategic transition is motivated by the desire for growth and the pursuit of specialized services aimed at creating memorable experiences for guests.

Background and Objectives



As a company involved in real estate management, consulting, and hospitality, Shimada House has developed a unique identity by nurturing community-centric hotels and dining spaces. Recently, the successful launch of their first contracted operation, “Seven x Seven Ishigaki,” reignited their focus on being an operationally specialized model, emphasizing the importance of agility in a rapidly changing market.

To facilitate substantial growth beyond current frameworks, Shimada House has decided to implement this organizational change with three primary objectives in mind:
