"Nippon Support Touring 2025" is hosting its mid-term meeting on August 9, 2025, at Yamanakako in Yamanashi Prefecture. Organized by the Japan Riders Forum (JRF), founded by the prominent Kazama family, this event promises engaging activities catering to motorcycle enthusiasts.

Event Overview

The mid-term meeting aims to enhance interaction among participants in the 'Nippon Support Touring 2025', which commenced on April 26 and is set to continue until the end of November. This event will take place at the Yamanakako Village Campground, allowing riders of all levels to gather, learn, and connect.

The meeting consists of three parts:
1. Cycling lessons led by Shin Nosuke Kazama.
2. A reflection on the journey of participants so far.
3. A bonfire gathering to foster camaraderie.

Participation Fee: Free for Part 1 (limited to 'Nippon Support Touring' participants); 2,000 yen/day for camping and 1,000 yen/day for day visitors for Parts 2 & 3.

Detailed Program

• - Part 1: Free Riding Lessons by Shin Nosuke Kazama

Participants will gain valuable riding techniques essential for touring. Shin, holding an international A-class motocross license, will teach useful insights tailored for beginners and seasoned riders alike.
Time: Gather at 9:45 AM; Start at 10:00 AM
Participants: 10 people (first-come, first-served basis)
Cost: Free for 'Nippon Support Touring' participants; 5,500 yen for non-participants.

• - Part 2: Recapping the Journey of 'Nippon Support Touring 2025'

Participants will revisit the routes taken so far, checking data from checkpoints and sharing memories from prior local events. Interviews with supporters and participants will unveil stories and thoughts not typically shared.
Time: Check-in (for campers) at 1:00 PM; Event from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

• - Part 3: Evening Bonfire Gathering

Round off the day with a bonfire, converse, and share stories with fellow riders while enjoying the company of Kazama family members. This cozy atmosphere is perfect for building relationships and discovering new riding experiences.

Advance registration is encouraged for participation, particularly for parts 1, 2, and 3. However, walk-ins for parts 2 and 3 will also be warmly welcomed at the event.

Preparing for the Event

While outdoor seating will be available, participants are encouraged to bring their own chairs if possible. Camping gear should be brought along as no rentals are provided. Please prepare your own meals as there will be no catering at the campground.

About 'Nippon Support Touring'

This initiative, spearheaded by JRF, focuses on social contribution through motorcycling. Since its inception in 2011 by Deep Kazama, the program aims to support and bring awareness to regions affected by disasters, utilizing the accessibility of motorcycles. The event runs from April 26 to November 2, 2025.
