Before joining Rubin and Rudman, Wurster practiced law at the Zucker Law Group and before that at Burns Levinson. His commitment to excellence in employment law has earned him recognition as a Top Employment Lawyer by Boston Magazine for four consecutive years. Wurster holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, graduating in 2010, while his undergraduate degree was obtained at Columbia University in 2002. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Patti Saris at the Federal District Court in Massachusetts and has also taught Civil Procedure at Northeastern University.
