Monster Self Storage Expands with New Location

Monster Self Storage has proudly announced the inauguration of its latest facility located at 4989 N Tanner Road in Orlando, Florida. This new site is strategically positioned just a short distance from the University of Central Florida, catering to both residents and students who require reliable storage solutions. The McCulloch Road facility officially opened in June, marking the company's commitment to providing flexible, secure storage options tailored to meet diverse needs.

The newly established location features a range of impressive amenities, including both climate-controlled and drive-up storage units. This versatility allows customers to choose the best storage option that fits their requirements. Moreover, the facility has partnered with the Amazon Hub Center to offer customers the convenience of package drop-off and delivery services, enhancing the overall user experience.

Miles Tart, the Executive Director of Self Storage at Adams Property Group, expressed his pride in this new addition to the community, noting, "We're incredibly proud to open our next Monster Self Storage facility in this vibrant community. We're grateful for the open arms and genuine enthusiasm everyone has shown us. Our organization is dedicated to fostering strong community ties, a commitment that is central to everything we do."

The McCulloch Road location adds to the expanding portfolio managed by Adams Property Group, which currently oversees nearly 2.5 million square feet of self-storage space across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. In addition to this facility, the company plans to launch more Monster Self Storage and Your Storage Units locations in Cocoa, Lakeland, Vero Beach, and Sebring in Florida, as well as new sites in Richmond, Virginia, and Louisville, Kentucky, later this year.
