Strengthening Infrastructure: A Gold Partnership
In a significant move to bolster infrastructure resilience,
Liberaware has officially signed a Gold Partner agreement with
Yamada Shokai Holdings, marking a new chapter in collaboration. Established over 100 years ago, Yamada Shokai HD has been pivotal in providing essential utilities such as gas, water, electricity, air conditioning, and telecommunications. Their extensive experience and expertise position them as a leader in safety within aging infrastructure.
The partnership aims to tackle the increasing challenges posed by aging infrastructure and natural disasters. As Japan faces workforce shortages in the domestic infrastructure sector, Liberaware and Yamada Shokai are committed to co-developing and offering tailored solutions that will improve the resilience of vital services.
A Step Forward in Collaboration
The agreement enhances the existing business partnership between the two companies, advancing toward a collaborative framework that emphasizes selling, joint operations, co-development, and technological support. Leveraging Yamada Shokai’s extensive infrastructure network and customer base, Liberaware will expand its cutting-edge drone inspection and analysis solutions within various client environments—focusing particularly on aging gas, water, air conditioning, and electrical infrastructure.
Yamada Shokai HD's CEO,
Toyohisa Yamada, expressed optimism about the partnership, stating, “Combining Liberaware's technological prowess with our extensive experience as an infrastructure contractor in the region, we are confident in delivering even more valuable services to our customers. We look forward to our future joint endeavors.”
Overview of the Gold Partner System
The newly instituted Gold Partner sales agreement serves businesses wishing to utilize the
IBIS2 system for new projects. Under this program, Liberaware offers its expertise in sales, marketing, and inspection technology, providing hands-on support to participating partners to market the
IBIS2 sets effectively. The system categorizes partners into “Gold Partner (Primary Dealer)” and “Silver Partner (Secondary Dealer)” classifications. Following their establishment in the Partner program, participating companies will handle sales, marketing, and primary responses, while Liberaware will provide technical assistance through training sessions and repair support.
