  • - The average asking rent for apartments has increased in five key regions: Tokyo's 23 wards, the Tokyo metropolitan area, Saitama, Chiba, and Kyoto. This upward trend reflects a significant rise compared to the same period last year.

- Couple (30sqm to 50sqm)
- Family (50sqm to 70sqm)
- Large family (over 70sqm)
  • - The average rental price index is set with January 2015 as a reference point (100).
