The limitations of the former email distribution system were stark, as it required manual importation of email addresses, leading to delays of up to one week from user registration to the first step email being sent out. Addressing these challenges was paramount for Teach.
To resolve these issues, Teach migrated its email infrastructure to Repro Mail, thus expanding its communication capabilities with behavioral data collated from app usage.
