Furthermore, GreenMatterAI, a Berlin-based startup, is collaborating with DXC to enhance the automatic inspection of welds. Their innovative solution utilizes an exclusive data generation engine to produce precise synthetic training datasets and pre-trained computer vision models, which eliminate the need for manual data labeling, thus overcoming the bottlenecks associated with real-world data. Seamlessly integrated into production environments, this solution allows for quicker and smarter iterations of AI vision applications, improving defect detection accuracy and overall process optimization. By reducing rework costs by 25%, it helps manufacturers fully capitalize on the benefits of quality control automation, resulting in significant annual savings.
