Industrial Flow Solutions Takes Full Control of OverWatch® Manufacturing

In a significant move for the fluid management industry, Industrial Flow Solutions (IFS) announced the full assumption of manufacturing operations for its proprietary OverWatch® product line. This includes a diverse range of products, such as DIP Système, DIP-Booster, DomoDIP, SIDINOX, and DIPCut, among other accessories. The decision marks the culmination of IFS's strategic investment in OverWatch® since acquiring the brand, now establishing the company as a singular point of design, production, and support in the global market.

Based in New Haven, Connecticut, and Monselice, Italy, IFS has made substantial investments to enhance its engineering and manufacturing capabilities, allowing it to meet increasing global demand for its OverWatch® products effectively. This transition was made possible through a series of key acquisitions made between 2019 and 2021, which saw the company acquiring all intellectual property and global commercial rights related to the product line from SIDE Industrie. During the transitional phase, SIDE Industrie continued contract manufacturing services while IFS developed its production capabilities.
