Experience the Rich Flavors of Niboshi with Mita Seimen's New Ramen and Tsukemen

This winter, popular noodle restaurant Mita Seimen, operated by MP Kitchen Co., is set to excite ramen lovers with their new offering, the "Meccha Niboshi Ramen". Launching on November 1, 2025, this enticing dish is accompanied by the beloved "Rich Niboshi Tsukemen". Both dishes will be available for a limited time until January 12, 2026, at all Mita Seimen locations.

A Deep Dive into Niboshi

The highlight of the new "Meccha Niboshi Ramen" is the use of premium dried fish sourced from the Goto Islands in Nagasaki Prefecture, which boasts the highest dried fish production volume in Japan. This ramen is designed for those who truly appreciate niboshi, featuring a thick, rich tare sauce enhanced with niboshi powder, doubling the flavor intensity. The result is a bowl that delivers instant gratification at the first sip, really showcasing Mita Seimen's dedication to a unique and delectable dining experience.

Price Details

The "Meccha Niboshi Ramen" is priced at 1,000 yen for the regular size and 1,180 yen for the large size, making it an affordable treat for noodle enthusiasts.

Rich Niboshi Tsukemen Returns

In conjunction with the new ramen, customers can also rejoice at the enhanced "Rich Niboshi Tsukemen" which has received an upgrade this year thanks to the addition of aromatic dried fish powder. The thicker sauce combined with chewy noodles provides a delightful textural contrast and a vibrant, mouth-filling niboshi flavor that can only be found at Mita Seimen. This is the perfect seasonal dish for winter, paired excellently with the innovative ramen.

Pricing and Availability

The "Rich Niboshi Tsukemen" is available for 1,200 yen, and all sizes (up to large) are the same price, with super-sized portions available for an additional 200 yen. Just like the ramen, this dish will also be on offer from November 1, 2025, through January 12, 2026.

For eager diners, Mita Seimen has launched an official app that features exclusive coupons and a monthly visit stamp system to enhance patrons' experiences. This app will keep you informed of all the latest deals and promotions, ensuring that you don’t miss out on any tasty offerings.
