Innovative Company Visit by SB C&S and SoftBank
On October 21, 2025, SB C&S Corporation, in collaboration with SoftBank Corporation, welcomed 16 students from Amami Information Processing School for a company visit. This event marked the second such initiative since the partnership agreement signed between SB C&S and the school. With assistance from their sales partner, Kouz Corporation, this collaboration aimed to provide a comprehensive experience for the students.
The visit began with a tour of the Takeshiba headquarters, designed to foster an atmosphere of open innovation across various departments. Students gained valuable insights into the company’s work culture and daily operations, deepening their understanding of what it’s like to work in the tech industry. In a workshop session, students engaged in creating posters to promote the benefits of the Amami Information Processing School, utilizing Generative AI technology. This hands-on activity served as a great introduction to the capabilities of AI and sparked enthusiasm among participants.
The visit concluded with a lively Q&A session where students asked about AI utilization in their work and future hiring opportunities, indicating their keen interest in the tech field. The conversation was so engaging that it ran over the scheduled time, proving to be an invaluable experience for everyone involved.
Voices from the Students
- - “I found the office environment to be very appealing, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable work atmosphere.”
- - “Working with Generative AI was challenging yet enjoyable, as changing just a single word in the instructions could yield different outputs.”
- - “The workshop was so much fun that it felt too short. I would love the chance to create even better projects in the future!”
SB C&S is eager to continue its efforts to convey the allure and potential of the IT industry to younger generations, ensuring that such initiatives are a regular occurrence.
