LG Electronics Presents Innovative Home Solutions at KBIS and IBS 2025
LG Electronics is making waves at the 2025 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) and the International Builders' Show (IBS), which is being held in Las Vegas from February 25 to 27. This marks LG's first appearance at IBS, where it aims to showcase innovative solutions tailored for the residential design and building markets, directly aligning with the evolving demands of American homeowners.
Previously a regular at KBIS, LG uses this platform to present its premium SKS (Signature Kitchen Suite) brand, emphasizing a philosophy centered on true culinary experiences. Attendees will witness the essence of the “True to Food” philosophy through a series of new appliances that promise to elevate the cooking journey. Among these is the SKS 36-inch Cook-zone-free Induction Pro Range, along with the game-changing Island System concept. The event will also feature live cooking demonstrations led by Executive Chef Nick Ritchie from the SKS Experience Design Center in Napa Valley, California.
These demonstrations will highlight the superior features of LG's culinary appliances, including the advanced
Gourmet AI™ technology that suggests recipe ideas and optimal cooking modes based on the ingredients at hand. The SKS display will include “Technicurean” kitchens, expertly designed environments blending culinary expertise with high-end technology.
Beyond the SKS lineup, LG's exhibition at KBIS embodies the concept of space optimization with its thematic
Zero Zones. Each zone showcases appliances suited for modern living, demonstrating innovations that merge efficiency with comfort. The
Zero Clearance Zone illustrates how space-efficient devices can enhance the living experience, while the
Zero Gas Zone showcases the benefits of transitioning to electric appliances for the kitchen and laundry. Notably, LG's heat pump dryers and induction cooktops signal a shift towards a more environmentally conscious and efficient home.
The
Zero Venting Zone provides insights into LG’s leadership in creating energy-efficient appliances, featuring models equipped with the
DUAL Inverter heat pump technology, which significantly reduces energy consumption while ensuring optimal performance. Displayed in a cutaway model, visitors can see the working mechanics of LG's advanced heat pump dryers and appreciate the company's commitment to engineering excellence.
Another key aspect of the LG presentation is the
Zero Inefficiency Zone, introducing smart home solutions that integrate seamlessly into daily life. Utilizing the
LG ThinQ ON AI Home hub, these appliances and devices offer personalized support aimed at enhancing homeowner lifestyles, providing continuous upgrades and proactive care through
ThinQ UP™ and
ThinQ Care™. This suite of solutions creates a smarter, more integrated home experience.
At the IBS, LG is poised to push further into the builder market with a series of comprehensive solutions that reflect the latest trends in American housing. Their display is tailored to meet various lifestyle needs, featuring packages that highlight ENERGY STAR-certified appliances and custom-built options for both single and multi-family homes. This effort underscores LG’s awareness and understanding of current American residential trends, ensuring builders and buyers alike can find solutions that suit their needs.
For those attending the IBS, the LG booth provides a haven for builders to engage with the LG team, learn more about innovative design solutions, and discuss how smart home technologies can amplify residential living. By integrating the LG ThinQ platform, builders can offer homeowners an advanced smart home ecosystem that enhances convenience and safety.
Lyu Jae-cheol, president of LG's Home Appliance Solution Company, emphasizes the importance of these events: “By participating in both KBIS and IBS, LG reinforces its dedication to delivering tailored, high-efficiency space solutions for the U.S. home appliance market. Our focus remains on innovative solutions that address the comprehensive needs of B2C and B2B customers.”
From February 25-27, visitors can explore LG's advancements at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the LG booths (#W2417 and #W2931) showcase the future of home solutions.
