FutureMain Launches Vertical AI Solution ‘ExRBM’ Revolutionizing Industrial Maintenance at CES 2026

FutureMain Unveils ExRBM at CES 2026

FutureMain, a prominent player in predictive maintenance powered by artificial intelligence, is set to make waves at CES 2026 with the launch of its innovative vertical AI solution, ExRBM. This marks the company's official entry into the U.S. market and signifies the beginning of its international expansion.

The event, scheduled for January in Las Vegas, will showcase FutureMain's cutting-edge diagnostic technology for industrial equipment at Hall G, Booth 62833-08. The ExRBM solution is designed to tackle significant industrial challenges such as declining equipment reliability, soaring maintenance costs, and unforeseen downtimes, garnering considerable interest from manufacturers and industrial operators worldwide.

What is ExRBM?

ExRBM is a specialized vertical AI solution aimed at sectors with high equipment intensity, particularly in manufacturing and energy industries. Leveraging 37 years of engineering data and advanced AI algorithms, ExRBM monitors equipment health in real time and autonomously detects over 85 failure modes with a 98% accuracy rate. By identifying root causes and predicting the optimal time for intervention, this platform transitions maintenance from experience-based practices to precision reliability.

In addition to ExRBM, FutureMain will launch ExRBM Portable+, a field-ready device designed for instant equipment assessments regardless of environmental conditions. Equipped with explainable AI (XAI) features, it delivers clear and evidence-based diagnostics directly on site, significantly speeding up decision-making processes for engineers.

FutureMain's Global Strategy

As part of its international development strategy, FutureMain plans to hold an investor presentation session on January 7 at 10 AM at the K-water Pavilion (Booth 62833), outlining its global strategy and capabilities in vertical AI solutions. Sunhwi Lee, CEO of FutureMain, remarked, "Our vertical AI diagnostic technology sets a new global standard for equipment reliability. By providing data-driven real-time analysis, we assist industries in achieving stable and sustainable operations. CES 2026 serves as a launchpad for our expansion into the U.S. and global markets."

FutureMain has already validated its technology through successful proof of concept projects in the Middle East and Japan. Post-CES, the company aims to accelerate its expansion into North America, Europe, and China, while strengthening partnerships with international groups.

The unveiling of ExRBM and ExRBM Portable+ signals a pivotal moment for FutureMain, as the industry shifts towards more proactive and reliable maintenance practices, ultimately ensuring better operational continuity in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape.
