Academically, Gies holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Environmental Health from Slippery Rock University. He is also a Certified Safety Professional (C.S.P.) and a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), credentials that reflect his dedication and expertise in this critical field.
