LOST AND FOUND, a unique general store specializing in durable everyday goods, is set to mark its 4th anniversary this November. From November 19 to December 8, 2025, the store will host a limited-time market event titled "Essential Tools 2025". This event promises an innovative perspective on professional tools that are often overlooked in daily life but hold significant value in professional settings.
The Essence of Essential Tools
The theme of the event revolves around uncovering the true value of essential professional tools. These tools, used in various trades, can be appreciated more fully when integrated into everyday living. The event aims to showcase how the practicality and design of these tools can enhance our lives. Art director Naomi Hirabayashi and selector Kazuto Kobayashi have curated a selection of 55 unique items to explore the charm and utility of these tools, providing narratives around their recommended usage.

Experience MING TREE II
Simultaneously, at the NIKKO STORE, the spotlight will be on the beloved MING TREE series. In collaboration with graphic designer Kazuki Kobayashi, the new
MING TREE II will be released, adding a modern twist to a timeless collection.
Initially launched in 1957, the MING TREE series has transcended generations and continues to delight customers in Japan and abroad. The latest designs blend historical craftsmanship with contemporary aesthetics, ensuring NIKKO’s legacy endures.
Kazuki Kobayashi has meticulously crafted the designs, dedicating a year to hand-draw numerous intricate patterns that embody the series' character. The new line will feature nine items across 14 variations, expanding the MING TREE offerings with deeper plates and mugs to suit diverse uses.
Additionally, limited-edition posters featuring Kazuki's designs will be available for purchase, marking the beginning of a new chapter in MING TREE history.
