Perched on the 24th floor, this buffet is a celebration of summer vegetables sourced from across Japan. Guests can expect a vibrant array of dishes made from sun-kissed seasonal produce, such as tomatoes and eggplants, prepared to showcase the vegetables' natural flavors.

The buffet features an impressive selection, including 10 types of individually plated tapas, delicious pastas, pizzas, salads, and fillings to warm your soul like onion soup and red curry. Visitors also get to choose a main dish from four stunning options, which include:
1. TOKYO X Pork: Renowned for its rich flavor, this dish is paired with sautéed Kumamoto red eggplant.
2. Beef sirloin steak: Served with either homemade gravy or a savory onion sauce featuring Awaji onions.
3. Pan-seared sea bream and shrimp: Delightful and complemented with a garlic sauce flavored with shiso.
4. Hamburger steak: This hearty meal also comes with your choice of a Japanese-style onion sauce or a puttanesca sauce, served with Kumamoto red eggplant.
