Introducing the AquaSense X: Revolutionizing Pool Care
At CES 2026, a significant event in technology, Beatbot, a leading player in smart pool robotics, launched its groundbreaking AquaSense X ecosystem. This new intelligent system embodies a leap forward in pool maintenance, combining high-performance autonomous cleaning with automated post-cleaning care, ultimately simplifying the pool management experience for users.
Smart Cleaning Technology
The AquaSense X features the innovative Beatbot AquaSense X AI robot and the AstroRinse cleaning station. One of the standout characteristics of the AquaSense X robot is its integration of Beatbot AI 2.0, which works alongside the advanced HybridSense™ AI Vision system. This dual-system doubles the recognition capacity for various debris types from 20 to 40, and broadens detection from merely the pool floor to encompass both the surface of the water and surrounding areas.
By merging camera-based imaging with infrared and ultrasonic sensors, the AquaSense X robot identifies debris with exceptional precision, adjusting its cleaning patterns accordingly. It’s designed to ensure comprehensive coverage across the pool floor, walls, waterline, and even the water surface, demonstrating a seamless blend of technology and efficiency.
Moreover, the robot boasts dual ultrasonic sensors which enhance its ability to navigate complicated areas, such as steps and shallow platforms, while continually delivering stellar cleaning performance – even in submerged sunbathing zones. The AquaSense X also supports hands-free voice control compatible with Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Apple Siri, allowing users to initiate cleaning cycles, check battery status, enable child locks, and receive audio alerts when cleaning is complete—all of which enhance user convenience significantly.
Simplified Post-Cleaning Maintenance
A remarkable innovation accompanying the AquaSense X is the AstroRinse station, which introduces the world's first fully automatic cleaning system for filter maintenance of pool robots. After a cleaning cycle, users need only to place the AquaSense X on the AstroRinse station. The station takes over the responsibilities of rinsing the internal filter, emptying the debris tank, and recharging the robot.
Upon docking, a high-pressure rotary backwash is initiated, thoroughly cleaning the filter and depositing debris directly into a sealed waste container. This process is completed in a mere three minutes, ensuring the filter is ready for the subsequent cleaning cycle without the need for manual intervention. The station’s impressive 22-liter capacity permits up to two full cleaning cycles per week for as long as two months, with no need to empty or replace the disposable dust bag, effectively lowering maintenance hassles and keeping the workspace tidy.
Acknowledging Innovation
The AquaSense X ecosystem’s groundbreaking technology has not gone unnoticed, earning recognition at the CES 2026 Innovation Awards in the home appliances category. This accolade underscores Beatbot's commitment to fusing high-end robotic engineering with user-friendly design, ensuring an elevated experience for pool owners.
Beyond enhancing household pool care, Beatbot is also amplifying its focus on aquatic robotics for environmental monitoring and water quality research. The improvements in their RoboTurtle robot, launched at CES 2025, reflect this, with enhancements allowing it to actively track specific objects and respond to gestures, reinforcing Beatbot’s commitment to innovative marine research applications.
Availability and Pricing
The AquaSense X ecosystem is set to be available starting January 5, 2026, with a recommended retail price of €4,250. The first 200 customers can participate in a limited pre-order program by placing a deposit of €250 to access exclusive advantages.
Both the RoboTurtle and the AquaSense X ecosystem will be showcased at the CES 2026, prominently featured at Beatbot's booth at the Venetian Expo, in Halls A-D, stand #53852.
