The Amrop Partnership, a premier global firm in executive search and leadership consultancy, has announced significant changes to its Global Board that reinforce its commitment to effective governance and strategic leadership. As of May 29, 2026, Fredy Hausammann has been appointed as the new Chair of The Amrop Partnership, bringing a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge to the role. Fredy serves as the Managing Partner for Amrop Switzerland, having joined the partnership in 1998. His previous roles include Chair of the Nominating Governance Committee and Global Practice Leader focused on Financial Services. His extensive expertise in executive and board search is complemented by a professional background in financial services, managing operations in both Zurich and London.
Accompanying Fredy in the newly appointed Global Board are two accomplished leaders: Mansour Abdulghaffar, who serves as the Managing Partner of Amrop Saudi Arabia, and Elin Wrammerfors, a partner at Amrop Sweden. This leadership team aims to steer Amrop in an evolving business landscape, drawing on their diverse experiences and insights across various industries.
The recent election process also included the appointment of Bo Ekelund from Sweden to the Membership Committee, and Kelly Freeman from Canada officially began her role on the Nominating Governance Committee on the same day as these appointments were announced.
