Envision Energy Partners with Menderes Tekstil

Envision Energy, recognized as a global leader in green technology, has forged a strategic partnership with Menderes Tekstil, a prominent player under Akça Holding, to accelerate Turkey's energy transition. This collaboration focuses on the development of the 120 MW Beğendik Wind Project located in Edirne, Turkey. A significant agreement was signed during the Envision Tech Day held at the Turkish Wind Energy Congress, marking a shift from project-based cooperation to a long-term strategic alliance.

Envision's Beğendik project exemplifies how the synergy of global clean technology expertise and local industrial leadership can drive the transformation of traditional industries. This initiative not only reaffirms Envision's commitment to renewable energy development in Turkey but also supports the country's broader carbon neutrality goals.

The Beğendik project, consisting of 15 EN-182/8.0MW wind turbines, is expected to generate approximately 360 million kWh of clean electricity annually. This output will contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions by around 225,000 tons each year. As one of Turkey's largest renewable energy projects, Beğendik will significantly bolster the national grid with clean energy capacity, aiding the country's sustainable development efforts.

Through this collaboration, Envision Energy will showcase its extensive competencies in equipment manufacturing, project delivery, and service support. The company will provide advanced wind turbine technology alongside integrated lifecycle services. Furthermore, the agreement includes a long-term operational and maintenance arrangement spanning 15 years, highlighting Envision's capability to ensure the project's reliability, optimize performance, and foster sustainable value creation throughout its lifecycle.
