Starting August 1st, 2023, the renowned three-generation bakery, Le Bian, located in Brittany, France, will kick off its much-anticipated Orange Fair. This event promises an array of delectable, limited-edition orange-themed pastries that are perfect for summer connoisseurs.
Among the highlights of the fair is the 'Orange Kuglof,' a delightful treat featuring a light lemon-flavored custard effortlessly piped onto a soft Kuglof, crowned with fresh orange slices. Priced at ¥432 (before tax), this culinary masterpiece is designed to invigorate your palate with its refreshing taste.
Additionally, pastry lovers will relish the 'Orange Cake,' a moist pound cake meticulously crafted to celebrate the vibrant essence of fresh oranges. Adorned with a gorgeous orange-flavored glaze, this pastry is available for ¥1,944 (for a whole cake) and ¥486 (for a quarter) before tax.
Another standout item is 'Orange Levain,' a rustic bread that combines the sweetness of oranges with the robust flavor of white wine-infused dry oranges.
