This new establishment represents the second venture in the DFW region for the Hymes family—Edward Hymes Sr., his wife Cynthia, and their son Edward Hymes Jr. Having already made waves with their Southlake location launch in November 2024, the Hymes family is making remarkable strides in expanding the Sweet Paris dream.

The Hymes bring a wealth of experience to this new endeavor, each member contributing uniquely to their family business.
