EV users can log in to their My InCharge account, navigate to the My Vehicles section, and enable Seamless Charging. To do so, they need to consent to share vehicle data through a secure login page provided by their vehicle manufacturer. Once everything is set, the system will automatically begin charging as soon as the vehicle is connected, and it will halt once the battery is fully charged. All data transfers are conducted through established industry-standard protocols to ensure optimum security.

As it stands, the Seamless Charging service plans to extend its availability across all InCharge charging stations by autumn/winter 2026, though it is initially limited to selected pilot locations.
