The origins of Nadaman date back to the first generation, Mansuke Nada, who established a restaurant in Osaka in the first year of the Tenpo era (1830). Notably, in 1919, the third generation chef was part of the Japanese culinary delegation at the Paris Peace Conference. In 1986, Nadaman hosted the official dinner for the Tokyo Summit, marking a significant milestone in its history.
