Alex Lewis steps into this role with a wealth of experience, having previously worked at Goodwin Procter LLP as a partner specializing in real estate. Her background includes advising some of the leading private equity funds and real estate investment managers, which positions her as a valuable asset to KHP's growing team.

During her tenure at Goodwin Procter, Alex Lewis proved her expertise in handling complex commercial real estate transactions. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasses equity investments, senior and construction financing, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Recently, her exemplary skills were recognized by Connect CRE, naming her one of the top lawyers in commercial real estate in their 2024 awards. Alex Lewis holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA from McGill University, highlighting her strong academic foundation that complements her professional achievements.

In her new role at KHP, Alex will not only oversee the firm’s legal, regulatory, risk management, and compliance matters but will also contribute significantly to the overall strategic direction of KHP Capital Partners. She will be succeeding Judy Miles, who transitions into an Executive Advisor role but remains a crucial part of the team as KHP continues expanding its footprint in the investment landscape.
