ALDI Launches Affordable Thanksgiving Meal for Just $40, Leading Grocery Pricing

ALDI's Affordable Thanksgiving Meal

ALDI is once again setting the standard for holiday meals with its latest offering: a complete Thanksgiving dinner for only $40. This price enables families to celebrate the season without breaking the bank. For years, ALDI has remained at the forefront of grocery pricing, and this year continues the trend by providing an affordable meal option that serves 10 people at just $4 per person.

The feast includes all the holiday staples — a 14-pound turkey, rolls, cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, and pumpkin pie. These ingredients allow families to create a spread that reflects their favorite traditions.

According to Atty McGrath, CEO of ALDI U.S., the commitment to offering low prices has never been more crucial, especially during the holiday season when families are financially stretched. With inflation affecting the prices of staples like meats and vegetables, maintaining affordability for essential meals has become a vital part of ALDI's mission.

Shoppers can easily access this Thanksgiving meal by visiting their local ALDI store or ordering online for curbside pickup or delivery through options like Instacart, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. This flexibility ensures that holiday meal planning is both simple and convenient.

The 2025 ALDI Price Leadership Report indicates that families could potentially save up to $4,000 annually by choosing ALDI for their grocery shopping. This saving could substantially alleviate the financial burden often associated with holiday gatherings.

Scott Patton, the Chief Commercial Officer of ALDI U.S., emphasized the importance of price leadership at this time of year.
