On October 23, 2025, Wa Café Tsumugi, part of the PRONTO Corporation, will launch two exciting new sweets that blend traditional Japanese ingredients with contemporary culinary techniques. Located in Minato City, Tokyo, PRONTO Corporation caters to those seeking a unique café experience, and these new offerings promise to elevate that experience even further.

New Additions:

1. Mont Blanc Pancakes with Hojicha Cream & Kuromitsu

Price: ¥1,485

These fluffy souffle pancakes are adorned with a rich mont blanc cream made from chestnuts and subtly flavored with rum. The dessert is further topped with sweet chestnuts cooked in syrup, hojicha whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, and a delightful sesame tuile cookie. Diners are encouraged to drizzle with the included kuromitsu (black syrup) for a harmonious blend of Western and Japanese flavors. The combination of textures and the aromatic hojicha adds a unique twist to a beloved classic.

2. Kuzumochi Pudding with Kinako & Kuromitsu

Price: ¥1,045 (Takeout price: ¥594)

This traditional Japanese-style pudding boasts a chewy texture thanks to the use of kudzu flour.
