Career Experience Details

The Job EX platform showcases a range of career experience programs from 40 diverse companies and organizations, spanning from large corporations to startups. It not only invites students to participate in these programs but also aims to enrich its content over time. Future enhancements include articles written by junior high and senior high school student reporters, documenting their experiences and insights during their career explorations.

How to Get Involved

To participate in the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• - Eligibility: Individuals in junior high or high school residing or studying in Tokyo, specifically those born between April 2, 2007, and April 1, 2013.
• - Application Phases:

1. First Phase: Programs scheduled between July 28 and August 10, 2025 with applications open until July 18, 2025.
2. Second Phase: Programs from August 11 to August 31, 2025 with applications open from July 19, 2025 to August 1, 2025.

Program Structure

Each career experience program will include a thorough overview of the organization, hands-on tasks, presentations on business and community issues, and discussions on work-life balance, featuring dialogues with employees balancing parenting and work responsibilities.
