Community Health Events in Tokyo
In collaboration with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, JKK Tokyo will co-host two significant events aimed at improving the health and well-being of seniors on November 28 and December 4, 2023. These sessions, held at community centers in Chuo and Sumida wards, promise to educate residents on gut health and healthy living practices. The events emerge as part of an ongoing commitment to enrich community life through health education and support.

- - Theme: "Stress-Free Healthy Habits! Nurturing Gut and Mental Health"
- - Speakers: Team of doctors, nutritionists, physical therapists, and pharmacists from Saiseikai Mukojima Hospital
- - Capacity: Approximately 40 participants (first-come, first-served)
- - Target Audience: Residents of Koshaheim Shirokuma East and Shirokuma East Apartment

Purpose and Further Information
These events are a product of the collaboration between JKK Tokyo and the Saiseikai Foundation aiming to foster a healthy, safe, and secure living environment for residents in JKK properties and nearby communities. Their joint efforts are part of a broader initiative under the "Tokyo Minna de Salon" program to offer accessible social inclusion workshops.
In addition, attendees registered on the official Tokyo app will earn 500 Tokyo points for participation, which can be used for discounts in local shops or exchanged for tickets to various city facilities.
