- Four investments promote increased social engagement among service members, veterans, and their families, using arts, leadership programming, and mentorship as key components.

7. Housing Support:
- Ten investments will provide crucial support for over 5,700 veterans facing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. This includes direct funding for emergency and transitional housing and additional services that address critical health determinants.

8. Legal Assistance:
- Five investments are aimed at legal aid to assist veterans in accessing the financial and health benefits they have earned, preventing evictions, and improving overall quality of life.
