The development process for the Terrain Collection began in 2023 with an initiative known as the End-to-End Project Bruce Trail Adventure, a comprehensive expedition that covered over 936 kilometers along Canada’s Bruce Trail, the country’s oldest and longest marked footpath. Throughout 2024, prototypes were further tested in locations like South Africa, Iceland, and along the Appalachian Trail. The final round of testing in June 2025 included a pivotal expedition to Alaska, where the boots were rigorously challenged against the elements to ensure market readiness.
