Tsunami Brewing Hosts Exclusive Tasting Event for Crowdfunding Supporters

On May 17, 2025, Tsunami Brewing Co., based in Niigata, Japan, organized an exclusive tasting event at the "Ginza Niigata Information Center THE NIIGATA" in Tokyo. This special event, dedicated to supporters of the "GO LUNAR" crowdfunding project, took place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a warm atmosphere filled with appreciation for the backers.

Under the guidance of Remi Enomoto, the company's sake evangelist and co-founder of the crowdfunding initiative, the event kicked off with an introduction to the crowdfunding project and a toast involving all attendees. Esteemed guests from the world of sake attended, including:

- Taro Saito, a doctoral researcher at Niigata University specializing in sake

Following the introductions, Tsunami Brewing’s CEO, Kengo Suzuki, delivered a presentation titled "The Journey of Tsunami Brewing". He shared the story behind the establishment of the brewery, detailing the challenges of sake production in the snowy region of Tsunan and highlighting the innovative approaches employed through digital technologies. During the presentation, attendees had the unique opportunity to log into a metaverse space, exploring future possibilities in sake brewing.

The discussion then shifted to the future of Tsunami Brewing, showcasing the ongoing "GO LUNAR" project and its ambitious exploration of the intersections between space and fermentation. The atmosphere within the venue was filled with enthusiasm and anticipation.

At 7:00 PM, a photo session and socializing time commenced. Supporters were treated to exclusive tastings of the limited "GO LUNAR" sake, alongside various prestigious labels produced by Tsunami Brewing. It was a wonderful opportunity for backers to engage with the guests and make delightful connections.
