About the Speaker


Hayata Matsunaga has extensive experience since 2011 in promoting environmental management systems and is engaged in developing leaders in sustainable management through collaboration between academia, industry, and government. In 2018, he led sustainability initiatives at a major construction and real estate company. In 2024, he joined Deloitte’s advisory department to provide guidance to large firms across various sectors on non-financial disclosures (CSRD, SSBJ).
