Zoomlion Unveils Advanced Hybrid Farming Innovations at AGRITECHNICA 2025
On November 11, 2025, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. made a remarkable presence at AGRITECHNICA 2025 in Hanover, Germany. The company showcased a range of nine exhibits that highlighted its latest advancements in hybrid and intelligent farming technology. With these innovations, Zoomlion reaffirms its dedication to sustainability and cutting-edge solutions in global agriculture.
Innovative Machineries on Display
Among the key highlights were four new energy-efficient machines, which included the DV3504, DQ2604, and DL1604 hybrid tractors, along with the powerful H7-600E hybrid harvester. Designed for large-scale agricultural operations, these machines promise robust power, exceptional fuel efficiency, and enhanced operator comfort across a horsepower range of 160 to 350.
The flagship DV3504 hybrid tractor stands out with its proprietary MIDD distributed intelligent electric drive system. Capable of delivering 119 kN of traction and 227 L/min of hydraulic output, this tractor meets the demanding needs of expansive farming while ensuring maximum comfort with its sound-insulated cabin and air suspension seat.
Live Demonstrations
A live demonstration of the DV3504 hybrid tractor was broadcasted from China, showcasing its autonomous harrowing capabilities. Utilizing the advanced Zpilot Pro system, the demonstration illustrated Zoomlion’s ability to streamline the entire agricultural process, including tillage, planting, crop management, and harvesting. Attendees had access to a multi-angle view of the demonstration through aerial drone footage, front and rear tractor cameras, an in-cab display, and a cloud-based management platform. The tractor exhibited autonomous path generation, executing various turning maneuvers with precision and maintaining centimeter-level accuracy using its sophisticated multi-sensor fusion and high-precision positioning system.
Powerful Harvester
The H7-600E hybrid harvester captured significant interest with its impressive performance metrics, offering a 20% increase in efficiency, over a 30% reduction in operator workload, 70% fewer transmission components, improved reliability by over 50%, and a notable 30% decrease in energy consumption. Recognized as the world's first hybrid large-capacity intelligent combine harvester, it boasts a 480-horsepower engine paired with an 11.55 kWh battery, enabling peak outputs exceeding 600 horsepower.
Expanding Product Range
In addition, Zoomlion's German subsidiary, RABE, unveiled three new high-end implements—SUPER ALBATROS intelligent plow, PHOENIX T 600 tillage machine, and PANDION M 500 disc harrow. These tools provide comprehensive farming solutions tailored for diverse soil conditions, enhancing the overall agricultural landscape.
Commitment to Innovation
Liu Yuxin, General Manager of Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery, articulated that the exhibition marks a pivotal advancement in the company’s strategy for high-end, international, and new energy solutions. Dr. Fu Ling, Vice President and Chief Engineer at Zoomlion, highlighted the critical role of engineering machinery expertise in driving forward the hybridization and intelligence of agricultural equipment, ultimately fostering more sustainable farming practices globally.
