On August 13, 2025, CAE Inc. disclosed the final results of its Board of Directors election during the company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. 2. Sophie Brochu garnered 96.96% approval, though she faced a larger opposition with 3.04% voting against.
3. Matthew Bromberg received 99.95% approval, with only 0.05% against his nomination.
4. Patrick Decostre was endorsed by 99.51% of voters, with 0.49% against.
5. Elise Eberwein had 99.14% in support, while 0.86% opposed her.
6. Ian L. Edwards also enjoyed a strong backing of 99.50% versus 0.50% against.
7. Marianne Harrison achieved 99.00% support, with a slight 1.00% opposing her.
8. Peter Lee saw 99.94% votes in favor, and 0.06% against.
9. Katherine A. Lehman had 99.87% support and 0.13% against.
10. Mary Lou Maher received 99.67% support, with 0.33% opposing her nomination.
11. Calin Rovinescu had 96.02% backing but faced a notable 3.98% opposition.
12. Patrick M. Shanahan received a 91.82% approval rating, with 8.18% against him.
13. Lastly, Louis Têtu garnered 91.65%, facing 8.35% opposition.

The results reflect strong shareholder confidence in the selected board members, with several nominees receiving near-unanimous support. The complete outcomes have been formally filed with the relevant securities regulators, ensuring transparency in the process.
