Open House Group Enhances Heatstroke Prevention Measures with Community Oasis Program

Open House Group's Innovative 'Oasis' Program to Combat Heatstroke

In an effort to enhance heatstroke prevention measures, Open House Group, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has joined forces with Suntory Beverage Solution. This collaboration focuses on both employees and the community at large, promoting wellness and providing resources to improve health in sweltering summer conditions.

Strengthening Heatstroke Prevention for Employees

The Nagoya branch of Open House has initiated a comprehensive approach to heatstroke prevention. As part of this commitment, employees are required to attend a seminar presented by Suntory Beverage Solution focused on heat awareness and prevention strategies. After completing the training, employees will be provided with Suntory’s specialized heatstroke prevention drink, DAKARA PRO, which is designed specifically for corporate use. This zero-calorie drink is fortified with essential electrolytes and iron, making it ideal for those working in hot and demanding environments.

By reinforcing proper hydration practices and encouraging self-care, Open House aims to support its workforce in maintaining their health and ensuring safe operational capabilities throughout the summer months.

'Community Oasis' Initiative for Local Residents

In addition to protecting its employees, Open House Group is committed to enhancing community well-being. Starting from July 25, 2025, the Nagoya branch will roll out a 'Community Oasis' program across six strategically located sales centers throughout Nagoya City. This initiative is a limited-time offer designed to provide a comfortable environment for locals looking to escape the heat while promoting heatstroke prevention.

These sales centers will offer air-conditioned spaces equipped with nursing rooms and kids’ play areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families. Moreover, to support hydration efforts, Suntory's DAKARA PRO drink will be available free of charge to all visitors.

With this initiative, Open House Group not only seeks to assist local residents in coping with the heat but also to foster a sense of community and health awareness among them. By maintaining a hot-weather support program, the group aspires to enhance the quality of life for everyone in the area.
