This event aims to connect job seekers with various licensed nurseries in the Koto area, allowing them to learn about the joys and responsibilities of working in childcare.

_Note_: There will also be job opportunities available for those without childcare qualifications and for roles other than childcare.

Main Activities

1. Facility Introduction Booths:
- Meet representatives from various licensed nurseries and ask questions about their unique features, working environment, and employee benefits.
2. Qualification Support Corner:
- Receive guidance and advice on various career paths and challenges for future childcare professionals.
3. Current Nursery Teacher Consultation Corner:
- Hear firsthand experiences and insights from active nursery teachers currently working in Koto nurseries.
4. Café Corner:
- Enjoy a relaxing space with coffee, tea, and juice while checking out job listings or waiting for your turn at the booths.
5. Simultaneous Useful Seminars:
- “How to Find Your Ideal Nursery” by Gorilla Sensei, a picture book storyteller. Gain insights from this expert who has visited over 200 sites about what to look for when seeking a suitable nursery.
- “The Joy of Picture Books” - Learn how to effectively use picture books for communication with children in a fun manner.

In addition to these activities, attendees can participate in a stamp rally! Collect five stamps from the booths to receive a special novelty gift. Additionally, pre-registration will grant you a small gift!

Purpose of the Fair

The Koto Nursery School Job Fair is designed to support individuals living in Koto and neighboring areas who have stepped away from the industry due to marriage or child-rearing, as well as students studying to become childcare professionals. The fair provides a platform to familiarize them with local childcare facilities, assisting them in confidently returning to the childcare workforce.

This initiative is organized by Sigma Staff Co., Ltd., contracted by the Koto City Child Future Department's Childcare Support Division.

Practical Skill Courses

Ahead of the fair, a hands-on skills workshop will be held on October 18, 2025:
1. Create toys with fascinating movements using everyday materials!
2. Choosing age-appropriate picture books and engaging in storytelling.

Workshop 1: Learn to make fun and interactive toys that children will love.
Workshop 2: Explore how to choose age-appropriate picture books that can become treasured memories for both children and adults.
