Experience the Essence of Fukushima
From April 9 to 13, 2026, Tokyo Station will be transformed into a captivating experience of local sake and unique adventures during the 'Horo-yoi, Fukushima' event. Hosted within the B1 event space 'Square Zero,' this program will immerse visitors in beautifully crafted sake from six distinct breweries across Fukushima, offering a delightful fusion of taste, culture, and entertainment.
The Rich Heritage of Fukushima Sake
Fukushima prefecture holds a prestigious reputation in Japan's sake industry. With an impressive record of winning the top awards at the National New Sake Competition for nine consecutive years (2014-2022), and reclaiming the title for the most gold medals in 2025, this region is a proud contributor to Japan’s sake narrative. 'Horo-yoi, Fukushima' invites attendees to indulge in this rich legacy through tastings and interactions that celebrate the craftsmanship of local brewers.
Journey Through Sake with an Interactive Experience
Visitors to the event can engage with the fascinating world of Fukushima sake through a series of innovative presentations. The venue will feature an immersive comic strip that highlights the story behind each sake brewery, allowing guests to educate themselves about the brewing process while enjoying their drinks. An exciting stamp rally will coincide with this journey: after collecting stamps from all six breweries, participants can win exclusive stickers.
Here are the participating sake brewers:
- - Yamadagawa Brewery
- - Eikawa Brewery
- - Kinsuisyo Brewery
- - Yazawa Brewery
- - Homare Brewery
- - Okunomatsu Brewery

The event will include an interactive sake chart that caters to individual preferences, alongside unique games like the 'Akabeko Yabusame' (target shooting) and 'Sake Bottle Roulette,' both of which help guests choose the perfect drink in a fun way.
