Tokyo Sekisui Heim, under the leadership of President Jun Oda, has announced the launch of its new semi-custom housing brand, 'The Designer's Home Sustainable Grade.' This initiative is primarily focused on the Tokyo metropolitan area, which includes Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Yamanashi, and some remote islands.
