As the world approaches World Mental Health Day, ASICS has taken a significant step by declaring a conservation warning on movement. Recent global research indicates that a staggering 86% of people spend their waking hours not engaging in any physical activity. This startling trend is highlighted in Human Nature, a new nature documentary narrated by distinguished actress Sigourney Weaver, which sheds light on how our modern environments are adversely affecting our mobility.
