Section L Expands Its Presence with a New Hotel in Akasaka

In a strategic move, Section L, a company renowned for its apartment hotel offerings, is set to open a new location in the vibrant Akasaka area of Tokyo in 2028. The new project is a collaboration between Section L, Urbanet Corporation, UDS, and Kenedix, combining their expertise in development, hotel operations, design, and real estate investment right from the inception of the project. This partnership aims to meet the evolving needs of international guests, especially in response to the growing inbound tourism market, while also enhancing long-term asset value.

Located just one minute's walk from the Tokyo Metro Tameike-Sanno Station, the hotel will feature 50 rooms ranging from 23㎡ to 58㎡. It is designed to accommodate a diverse spectrum of guests, including business travelers, vacationers, couples, families, and groups, providing flexibility for stays from short visits to several weeks.
