Users can easily maintain brain health simply through activities such as walking, completing brain training exercises, and consuming healthy foods. The application features an AI system that sets personalized daily goals based on the user’s age, gender, and physical condition, making it accessible for all.

This application has been adopted by over 25 municipalities nationwide, boasting a track record for facilitating behavior change through data integration from walking, brain training, diet, and vital statistics.
