At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, Yang Chaobin, Chairman of Huawei's Board and CEO of the ICT Business Group, unveiled a pioneering AI-Centric Network solution that promises to reshape the telecommunications landscape. This innovative framework focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to propel network capabilities, enabling operators to seize new opportunities in a rapidly evolving technological environment.

During his keynote address, Yang emphasized the transformative power of high-quality, cost-effective, and open-source AI models. He pointed out that the inception of such technologies will lead to diversified innovations that boost applications across various sectors, heralding the onset of a more intelligent global society. This will facilitate universal network access for intelligent applications, ensuring high-speed uplink and downlink connectivity accompanied by guaranteed service-level agreements.
