The story begins on February 14, 2016, when I stumbled upon a charming toad in a bicycle parking area, awakening from winter hibernation. Named "Azuma-kun", this encounter marked the beginning of an extraordinary journey filled with new friendships as Azuma accumulated a lively family of seven toads over time. From Azuma-chan to Azuma-san, each toad brought their unique personalities into my life, creating unforgettable memories over a decade filled with joy and solace.

Azuma-kun, the stylish big brother, was the source of endless comfort and affection. With his deep complexion, he humorously earned the nickname "Azuma-shigeru". Proudly, I proclaim him to be the "cutest toad in the world!" This photo book showcases the affectionate bond that developed over the years, guaranteed to bring smiles to readers and create warm feelings with every turn of the page.

Although they have all found their way beyond our world now, the cherished moments we shared continue to linger in my heart. I express my gratitude for the miracle of having met such delightful companions. The realization that "toads can be this cute, intelligent, and endearing" shines through every photograph, making this an inspiring and tender read.
