OpenTable Launches Enhanced Loyalty Program for Diners with New Benefits and More Savings

OpenTable Unveils Its New Loyalty Program: OpenTable Regulars

OpenTable, a global leader in restaurant technology, has recently launched its enhanced loyalty program known as OpenTable Regulars. This revamped initiative is designed to offer diners greater savings, more rewards, and improved benefits every time they book a table using the platform.

New Features for Diners

The OpenTable Regulars program comes packed with features aimed at enhancing the dining experience. Diners can now earn points for every completed reservation made directly on the OpenTable platform, accumulating 100 points per booking, with select reservations offering up to 1,000 points. This not only incentivizes frequent dining but also rewards diners for their loyalty.

Exciting Redemption Options

Points accumulated can be used in diverse ways. In select global markets, diners can redeem points for prepaid experiences like curated prix fixe menus or even unique activities like wine tastings and dinner shows. In the United States, users have the option to apply their points towards their checks when dining out, enhancing the practicality of the rewards. Furthermore, points can be exchanged for Amazon gift cards across various regions including the U.S., Canada, the UK, Australia, and Germany.

The Chief Growth Officer at OpenTable, Robin Chiang, stated, "Restaurants depend on loyal, high-value guests, and our enhanced loyalty program is designed to deliver just that. This program is a significant win for diners, who will benefit from more ways to redeem points and enjoy additional perks from our network of restaurants and partners. Over the coming year, we will be adding more benefits to this program."

Introducing Gold Status

In an exciting addition, OpenTable introduces a new loyalty tier known as Gold status. Diners can reach Gold status by completing just six reservations on the OpenTable platform within a year, with the status remaining valid for twelve months. Gold members will enjoy exclusive advantages that further enrich their dining experience.

Some of the benefits for Gold members include:
1. Priority Notifications: Gold members who activate the notify-me feature will receive alerts for last-minute openings at restaurants, ensuring they can secure hard-to-get tables.
2. Complimentary Uber One Membership: As a special introductory offer, new Gold members in select markets will receive six months of free Uber One membership, allowing them greater flexibility in transportation services.
3. VIP Opportunities: Diners who previously held VIP status have the opportunity to transition to Gold status, granting them numerous perks and additional benefits.

Easy Sign-Up and Tracking

Joining the OpenTable Regulars program is free and straightforward. Diners can easily sign up through the OpenTable website or app. An online loyalty hub will enable users to track their points balance, access tailored exclusive benefits, and redeem their rewards seamlessly.
