Daiwa House Industrial Launches GWES for Logistics Tenants

In a significant move towards modernizing logistics operations, Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., headquartered in Osaka, along with its group company, Daiwa House Property Management Co., Ltd., is starting to offer the GROUND Warehouse Execution System (GWES), developed by GROUND Inc., to its logistics facility tenants. This launch will take place on November 26, 2025, under a special subscription plan designed for DPL and DPI tenants, eliminating the need for initial investment.

Overview of the Special Plan for DPL and DPI

GWES is an operating system custom-developed for logistics facilities by GROUND. This innovative system aims to enhance operational efficiency by providing real-time visualizations of progress, productivity, and inventory data within logistics facilities. By centralizing data management, GWES enables the automation and optimization of warehouse operations. Furthermore, the integration of AI and mathematical optimization techniques allows for real-time planning of workforce allocation, inventory placement, and workflow optimization, reducing reliance on individual judgment and promoting productivity gains.

The newly introduced DPL and DPI special plan targets tenants residing in logistics facilities managed by Daiwa House across Japan. This plan allows tenants to adopt GWES without upfront investments or licensing purchases. Contractors sign usage agreements with Daiwa House Property Management, allowing them to access the GWES service by paying a monthly subscription fee based on the size of the facility.

An additional advantage of GWES being a cloud service is its ability to enable tenants managing multiple DPL and DPI locations to consolidate information seamlessly. This feature allows headquarters to monitor conditions across various sites, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency for tenants operating in multiple facilities.

2. Simple Pricing Models: We offer two pricing plans: the “Visualization Plan” at 150 yen per tsubo per month and the “Visualization + Optimization Plan” at 200 yen per tsubo per month, enabling clear budget management.

3. Streamlined Billing: Payments for GWES will be consolidated into the rent invoice, avoiding additional contracts and account setup procedures with GROUND, facilitating a rapid adoption process.
