Her background is impressive, highlighted by over 16 years with Spark New Zealand, where she held pivotal roles including Executive Group General Counsel and Commercial Director. Throughout her tenure, she has been instrumental in advising the Board and Executive Leadership Team on various crucial matters such as corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation.
