Starting from April 1, 2026, the rental space matching platform, instabase, managed by Rebase Inc., is launching an exclusive campaign for CocoDesk, a private workspace that operates within railway stations and commercial buildings, provided by Fujifilm Business Innovation Inc. The limited-time offer allows customers to use these private workspaces for just 990 yen for three hours on weekends and holidays, with the campaign running until June 30, 2026.

In recent years, the rise of remote work and opportunities for reskilling have increased the demand for focused private spaces outside homes or cafes. Previously, CocoDesk has primarily catered to business needs, such as online meetings and desk work. To meet this demand, the campaign will include 130 CocoDesk locations located in Tokyo, Osaka, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama, offering the special rate of 990 yen for three hours (330 yen per hour). Instabase has also implemented similar pricing strategies across other workspace options, receiving positive feedback from users. This initiative aims to provide private spaces at a cost comparable to that of cafes, encouraging an increase in personal use on weekends alongside traditional business purposes.
