Huawei Introduces 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions to Empower SMEs in the Smart World

Huawei Unveils 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions for SMEs

On September 18, 2025, David Wang, CEO of Huawei's Board of Directors, introduced the new HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions for SMEs during the HUAWEI eKit 2025 Fall Launch in Shanghai. Under the theme "Together for Growth, All Intelligence," the event focused on unveiling integrated, scenario-based solutions designed to provide last-mile services to SMEs embarking on their smart transformation journey.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is starting to gain traction in the business world. While current applications mostly center around intelligent assistants for employees, future use cases are anticipated to delve deeper into integration with core production systems. This shift is poised to significantly impact product models, service offerings, business operations, and overall functions, establishing AI as a pivotal engine for growth. SMEs hold a substantial position in the economy, with over 58 million SMEs in China alone, contributing to over 80% of urban jobs and 60% of the nation's GDP. Despite the global uptick in AI applications, many SMEs struggle to adopt these new technologies due to limited knowledge, technical capabilities, and application prospects. Consequently, adopting AI presents a significant challenge for most SMEs.

During the launch event, Wang stated, "Intelligence should be as accessible as water and electricity. I hope everyone, households, and organizations can reap the benefits of AI. Huawei is prepared to assist SMEs in overcoming these challenges and advancing towards intelligence more swiftly. No one will be left behind in the smart world." Many SMEs turn to externally developed smart solutions to bridge the technological and talent gaps that hinder their ability to implement AI on their own. These companies are in search of user-friendly, easily implementable solutions specifically designed to enhance efficiency and propel growth. Previously, such solutions were delivered by installers through complex outsourcing models, which were often inefficient. Huawei has revamped its distribution strategy to address this market challenge, transitioning from selling standalone products to providing comprehensive, scenario-based solutions that are easier for installers to implement. This new approach sees Huawei tailoring its solutions around real business use cases.

The launched HUAWEI eKit 4+10+N Intelligent Solutions, introduced during the event, adhere to this focused methodology. The "4" in 4+10+N refers to four main scenarios encompassing most business operations: Smart Office, Smart Business, Smart Education, and Smart Healthcare. The "10" denotes the ten integrated scenario-based solutions launched that day, which includes offerings such as offices for SMEs, smart hotels, digital diagnostic platforms, and intelligent solutions for interactive classrooms. Lastly, the "N" indicates a series of flagship products designed for these different scenarios. Among the 26 newly launched products is the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 business router, featuring ultra-high-speed capabilities that integrate routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and VPN functionalities. Additionally, new products in the IdeaHub series were unveiled, which combine AI conferencing, acoustic deflectors, and AI applications, all designed integration, intelligent interaction, and robust security.

Wang emphasized, "We manage complexity so that our clients and partners can concentrate on their growth. Our scenario-based integrated solutions will help SMEs become intelligent more easily and quickly. The HUAWEI eKit scenario-based solutions are our latest example of this. These solutions represent an enhancement in solution development, sales enablement, and delivery services. By utilizing these solutions to empower our partners, we bring AI benefits to SMEs."

All products launched are equipped with significantly more advanced AI technologies than their predecessors. These technologies come pre-integrated and validated with the solutions provided, simplifying delivery. This allows installers to bundle products more efficiently to meet the specific needs of various scenarios. Furthermore, Huawei offers additional sales tools to its distribution partners, including faster access to related resources, solution demonstrations, and scenario-based configuration plans that significantly ease product selection and solution design for both installers and customers. Regarding delivery services, Huawei provides unified installation, centralized network management, and consolidated customer support, enabling clients to quickly adopt AI while ensuring hassle-free delivery for installers.

Wang concluded his keynote address by stating, "These solutions will drive the last mile of the smart world for SMEs. We are eager to collaborate closely with distribution partners and installers to pool resources and empower SMEs fully to become intelligent."
