Fiol has been an integral part of Fulton Bank since 2018 and has held various leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Consumer Business Banking, a position he took on in January 2023. In his early years at Fulton, he significantly contributed as the Director of Consumer Small Business Channel, Segment, and Product. Before joining Fulton, he had an illustrious career with both Capital One and Bank of America, where he accrued over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector.
