Dr. Masturzo arrives with over 20 years of extensive clinical experience and a noteworthy track record in executive leadership that spans across the entire spectrum of the healthcare industry.

Dr. Masturzo is known for her outstanding contributions to clinical practice and enterprise transformation. She previously founded the Wound Specialists of Greater Cincinnati, which was later acquired by Healogics. Following this, she took on the role of Executive Vice President of Clinical Innovation, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the service strategy, product development, and operational design of the organization. Her illustrious career also includes senior executive positions at reputable organizations such as Solsys Medical, Humana, and CCS. Throughout these roles, she has significantly improved value-based care and innovative delivery models while achieving strategic outcomes on an enterprise-wide level.

In her new role as President of HSP, Dr. Masturzo is expected to drive clinical excellence, enhance physician engagement, and foster innovation in both care delivery and technology integration—efforts that will further enhance the specialty services provided by Healogics. A board-certified internal medicine physician, Dr. Masturzo has a strong publication record within the healthcare domain. She obtained her medical degree from the University of South Florida and holds an Executive MBA from Strayer University, backing her authority in the field.
